This is our testimonial regarding our experience with Re-Bath and the installation of our safety tub. Due to my limited mobility caused by diabetes and vascular disease, my wife and I recently decided to purchase a walk-in safety tub with therapeutic jets. We contacted Re-Bath of Greensboro who sent a representative to out home to inform us of Re-Bath's various products. After making our decision, measurements were taken and a safety tub was ordered. A date was set for the removal of our garden tub, relocation of existing water lines, and the addition of a dedicated electrical outlet and switch. It was also necessary to remove two doors and widen the door jambs in order to accommodate the safety tub. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the tub was severely damaged and a replacement tub was ordered from the manufacturer. The installers very carefully moved the new tub through our house and installed it in our bathroom. The door jambs were rebuilt and new molding was installed. They looked like they had never been removed.
With much anticipation, the following evening I filled the tub and pushed the power button for the jets, only to find no power was available to the tub. Rather angrily, I called Re-Bath who had the electrician at our home early the next morning and the problem was corrected. While we had a couple of anxious moments and considering we were the first install of Re-Bath's safety tub, Re-Bath's personnel were immediately available to rectify any problems that arose.
In addition to its easy accessibility, the therapeutic value of the tub's jets is outstanding. The quick response and professionalism of Re-Bath's personnel throughout this process has been outstanding and to be commended. We highly recommend Re-Bath as a source for this product.

After calling Re-Bath to renovate our bathroom, Jay Koehler came out to our house to talk to Ed and me about our plans. He had samples and models to show us and could quickly answer all of our questions. Jay's pleasant personality and quality of work he presented, sold us on letting Re-Bath renovate our bathroom.
Scott Koehler came out on Monday to start our project. He worked quickly and efficiently to remove our bathtub to prepare for the new setup. Within a few short hours our bathroom was emptied and free of all debris. The following morning, Scott returned to complete the job. The completed work was beautiful and everything they said it would be.
Ed and I are so thankful that we chose to work with Re-Bath. Full credit should be give to Scott and Jay. These two individuals work extremely hard for this company and we want to make certain that they are recognized.

My father was living in a nursing home. I was not pleased with the conditions or the care he was receiving so I made the decision to bring him home. He was confined to a wheelchair and I knew that would create some challenges. Since he was unable to use the existing bathtub, he could only take a sponge bath. Then one day, I saw a commercial on TV showing how Re-Bath could install a shower with a bench seat in the same space as my tub. The bench seat would be perfect for my father to transfer from his wheelchair into the shower.
The Re-Bath staff was great. They were very professional and did the work on time as promised. Goodbye sponge baths!
